 Owner Harry Caswell learned his trade as an apprentice in Philadelphia, where he was licensed in 1982.  Caswell came to southern Delaware in 1987 with dreams of opening his own plumbing contracting business.  After working several years for an area plumber, Caswell took off on his own and never looked back.  Through quality work and word of mouth, Caswell's business grew from a one-man operation into a million dollar plus business today.  Through it all, Harry Caswell, Inc. has maintained a personal rapport with it's customers, small and large.  "We are very particular about who we hire.  They must not only be good plumbers, but also trustworthy and polite to customers."
